Assault and Harassment Case

An Assault and Harassment case was a strange one. Kevin was able to go to the prosecutor and just go to bat for the client explaining that it was an out of the ordinary occurrence for the client and that he was a good guy. Through Kevin’s negotiations, he finally got them to drop the Assault charge and the client pled to Harassment.
